THE PROCESS

While the mission of each ministry is unique, there are common strategies shared across Faith Driven Movements

In all of the ways we serve, we leverage unique skills and extensive experience as we create content, build communities, clarify calling, and make connections.

Content

Engaging, Gritty, Authentic Stories

Quality is often the engine that drives an idea from inspiration to execution. A high-bar of excellence is what motivates people to engage and share. Whether it’s the creativity of the design or the power of the words, we deliver what’s needed to cut through the noise and unite a common DNA with a shared language.

Too often Christians have poorly told the story of God and his redemption. Too perfect and easily resolved, these Hallmark-like depictions are a distant and disconnected representation of the entrepreneurial journey. In an era when we are led to believe that checking boxes proves our humanity, authenticity, and grit are essential in all that we build.

Community

High Call, Safe Place
We’re on a mission to awaken entrepreneurs and investors. It’s time to not only think differently but also to act differently. For too long, we’ve tried to find our people based on zip codes, kids’ sports, or season of life. While not wrong, we’re missing the incredible opportunity to connect along shared struggles and unique opportunities we face as entrepreneurs or investors. By peeling back the veneer, not only do we reveal our true passion, but we also accelerate our discovery of true and lasting community.

Whether it’s online or in person, we love partnering with Churches to create launching pads for community to thrive wherever entrepreneurs and investors find themselves.

Powered by Halftime

Faith Driven Teens, Entrepreneur, and Investor is a deep dive into discipleship. Upstream from the pains in payroll, profits and sales pitches lies a transformational journey of knowing God more fully.

When we truly understand the power and freedom of the Gospel, we realize that God doesn’t need our “loaves and fish”. And yet, He invites us to share in the joy of journeying with Him to solve problems. We think that invitation is unique among entrepreneurs and investors.

The journey to significance starts with surrender, lest it just be actions “bolted on”. For several decades, the leader of this innovative perspective has been Halftime. Started by Bob Buford way back in 1995, this idea is now an international ministry with a hundred fold impact around the world as it helps thousands of high capacity leaders…

The ministries and legacy of Halftime have merged with Faith Driven. to provide a strategic plan as business leaders, founders, and investors move forward in the way God calls us to steward our time, talent, and resources.

Connections

Acting Different
What’s the point of a pep rally without a game to follow? It’s time for entrepreneurs and investors to step off the sidelines and get into the game. We’ve been trained to be consumers. But Jesus calls us to a better adventure. One filled with joy that comes from translating our thoughts into tangible actions. This is done by getting involved. Entrepreneurs can connect with ministries like C12 orConvene. Investors can set up Donor Advised Funds with the National Christian Foundation or Impact Foundation to deploy capital.

Church

Pastors and Entrepreneurs, Better Together
Recent surveys from Gallop showed that Small Business Owners are 9x more trusted than politicians and 2x more trusted than the Church. People haven’t stopped looking for truth, they’re just turning to a different voice. These are the opportunities we’ve prayed for.

But if these entrepreneurs are left alone, they will falter. Up to 1 out of 5 people sitting in church on any given Sunday morning consider themselves entrepreneurial. This according to a landmark study conducted by the Barna Group and Faith Driven Entrepreneur.

And yet, 99.7% of Christ-following business owners don’t have the community and resources they need to advance God’s Kingdom through their work. That doesn’t begin to account for the many investors who struggle to develop meaningful and lasting relationships in their communities of faith.

We want to change that by partnering with churches—from 100 to 1,000 and more—to provide the resources they need to engage Faith Driven Entrepreneurs and Investors. This begins with gathering groups together to participate in a Foundation Course together. It can also be hosting a Watch Party and experiencing the annual conferences we develop for entrepreneurs and investors.

Whatever it might look like, our first priority is to partner with the local church, not push it to the side. Because we understand and support the power of connection each of us feels when we feel seen and heard in our own neighborhoods and cities.
